Derryclooney Lodge, New Inn, Cashel, Tipperary.
Comfortable and peaceful self catering accommodation on a working farm in the heart of the Tipperary countryside. This holiday home has been approved by the Irish Tourist Board (ITB) and achieved the highest rating 4 stars. The river Suir flows within 400m of the bungalow and the river Suir is within the Farm bounderies. This tastefully decorated house consists of: A spacious sitting room with open fire, quality furniture, T.V., video player, CD player, dining table and chairs with sofa and armchairs.
Fully equipped kitchen \ dining area contains oakwood units. It also contains an oil fired range, electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee filter machine.
In the utility room you will find a washing machine dryer, ironing facilities, sink and cupboards, fridge and freezer. A hallway leads to a toilet, porch and side entrance. The heating in the house is provided by the oil fired Stanley range in the kitchen, guests can easily control the level of heating required. The sunlounge contains dining table and chairs and lounge sofa. This sofa can convert into a bed which can accommodate one adult.  2 spacious ensuite bedrooms; one bedroom, sleeps 3, with a double and single bed with ensuite toilet, wash basin and bath with walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom contains a king size bed ensuite facilities including electric shower, toilet and wash basin. Both bedrooms are elegantly furnished. All bed linen and towels are provided. A cot is availble on request 
At the back of the house is the sunlounge. The sunlounge opens out onto a well kept garden with patio and garden furniture(safe area for children) A barbecue is available.
